Alongside Justina, we’ve built an incredible partnership, and together we’ve become an amazing team dedicated to creating truly special events at this venue.
Now that you’ve secured your date at Araceli Farms, the next step is working with us. Whether you’ve chosen a full-service experience or a more simplified package through Araceli Farms, our role is to guide you through the planning process and help bring your vision to life seamlessly. Having worked closely with Araceli Farms, we know the space inside and out,from the best ceremony and reception layouts to flow, and access points. Because of this, Araceli Farms has trusted us to help couples and clients make the most of this venue. Our shared goal is to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed, allowing you to fully enjoy your celebration without stress.
Below, you’ll find the packages we offer in partnership with Araceli Farms. If you haven’t selected your services yet, you can book them directly through Araceli Farms. After completing the questionnaire, we’ll reach out to schedule a phone call or an in-person meeting to go over all the details and explore ways we can elevate your event even further. Please note: Any additional rentals or floral enhancements will be invoiced separately from Araceli Farms.

Packages For Araceli Farms
Day Of Coordinator
Initial Consultation: We'll review our services,
discuss your event theme and color palette, and begin planning your overall design. You'll also gain access to our curated list of preferred vendors or we’ll begin assembling your vendor team.
Design Meeting (Optional): A second meeting may be scheduled to create a mock-up table setting. This can also be covered during the initial consultation if time allows.
Final Planning Meeting: Together, we'll finalize the custom floor plan, build a detailed day-of timeline, and confirm all logistics. We will also reach out to your vendors to coordinate and align everyone with the final schedule. Ceremony Rehearsal: Includes one hour of rehearsal coordination to ensure your wedding party is confident and prepared.
Day-Of Coordination: Up to 8 hours of on-site coordination to manage every detail. Oversee vendor arrivals and proper setup at designated locations.Ensure all elements follow the timeline for a smooth, stress-free day

These services below will be provided with "The basic package", "The Party Package" and "The Wedding Package".
- We will arrange the chairs and tables according

- All rentals and floral arrangements supplied by

- At the end of the night, our team will clean up
- and fully break down all rentals.
