The Venue Ameneties
- Venue Space: The venue features pristine white walls, offering a versatile canvas for your creative vision. It also features a white Chimney with an option to either drape the entire wall for a white backdrop look or leave it open to showcase the chimney as part of your décor.
- Kitchenette: Equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and storage space.
- Furniture: Includes round and rectangular tables, along with white resin chairs and a white bar to complement your event style.
- Restrooms: Two clean and spacious restrooms for guests comfort.
- Climate Control: Air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable environment year-round.
- Parking: Private parking available for guests.
- Patio: A small patio with furniture, providing a break for guests to relax and unwind away from the noise of the event.

Saturdays-Full day

Fridays are available from 2:00 PM–11:00 PM and must be booked for the full time block. In some cases, earlier access may be available; please reach out to confirm availability for your date.

Meetings, workshops, classes, photo-shoots.

A cleaning fee of $150 will be included for all bookings. A $250 refundable damage deposit will be invoiced one day before your event. This deposit is not required for meetings or photoshoots. Workshops and classes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if a damage deposit is necessary.
COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is a deposit required to book a date?
- A 25% retainer fee is required to reserve the date of your event. This retainer fee will be applied to your total event cost.
- In the event of cancellation, the retainer fee is non-refundable and non transferable.
- The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to the event.
Do you require a damage deposit?
- A damage deposit will be invoiced one day prior to the event.
- This deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after the event, provided no damages occur during the event.
- If any damages occur, the deposit will be used to cover the costs of repairs or replacement. If the damages exceed the deposit amount, the Client will be billed for the remaining balance within one week of the event.
Is alcohol or smoking permitted?
- Alcohol is permitted at the Venue; however, all guests must remain indoors while consuming alcohol.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue or near any doors.
Is live music permitted?
- Live music and DJs are permitted but must remain indoors at all times.
