Wedding Coordinating

This service is available for weddings with 50 guests or fewer. Keeping the guest count within

this limit allows for a seamless transition from ceremony to reception and ensures you have the space needed to enjoy all your wedding activities comfortably.

Our lead coordinator will be supported by a dedicated team to ensure your day runs smoothly . The coordinator will focus on bride-specific needs, and assist with vendor communication, Additional support staff will handle light setup and breakdown tasks such as placing personal décor, menus, welcome table items, DIY touches, and repurposing florals. If you book decor through us, this team will also take care of this set it up.

The Venue will be provided. Florals will be a mix of greenery, in season flowers, roses, & fillers. Elaborate and custom florals styles available for an additional fee.

These packages have been thoughtfully designed based on our experience in the

event industry. While some essential items such as bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc. may be missing, this is because each event has a unique number of bridal party members. These packages serve as a starting point, allowing you to upgrade the floral count or style to better suit your needs.
